An interpretative framework that connects coffee structure, flavour perception, brain effects and mood.

BrainMood organizes coffee experiences into a visual and experiential system built around eight moods and eight colors. Coffee structure shapes flavour perception. Flavour influences cognitive and emotional responses. These responses form a mood, which is represented visually through color. This creates a visual language for coffee experience.

Global Coffee Consumer Price
This independent project was created to fill a gap in publicly available coffee market data. Commodity indices track green coffee prices at origin. Retail inflation indices aggregate thousands of products. Neither captures what actually matters to consumers, operators, and researchers: the price of a cup of coffee in a café, across the world, in a consistent and comparable format.

CoffeeSats translates the cost of coffee, one of the world's most consumed beverages, into bitcoin satoshis, using it as a benchmark for purchasing power. Prices change over time. Currencies move, bitcoin moves differently. But these movements are often abstract and difficult to interpret. The question changes: not how much does something cost, but what can you actually buy with a fixed amount of satoshis?
